Before you enroll

Which Davidson do you serve?
The Town of Davidson in north Mecklenburg County, on the southeast side of Lake Norman, including the part that reaches into Iredell County. Not Davidson County, and we have no affiliation with Davidson College.
Do you meet in person?
When it helps, yes. Roger is seven miles away in Mooresville. Day to day, calls, emails and a shared screen carry the project along, which suits owners who can't leave the shop.
Do I have to know anything technical?
No. You bring what you know about your business; we handle the technical side and explain it in plain words.

What does a website cost?
It depends on the page count, the features, how much writing and photography is needed, and the deadline. After a consult you get one fixed quote in writing. How quotes are worked out has the details.
How are payments split?
Fifty percent to begin, and the remaining fifty percent once the completed site is handed over for you to review.
How many revision passes come with a build?
Three. If you want another pass before launch, Roger will price it before doing it.
Who owns the site?
You do. Domain name, wording, photos and source code all belong to your business.

Search and Google

What does SEO cost?
Roger prices it once he has looked, at no charge, at your trade, the local competition and the site you have now. A single printed figure would miss the mark for most businesses.
Do you run my Google listing for me?
No. You get a written checklist and Roger coaches you through it on screen. Manager access is something we never request.
Can you guarantee rankings?
No one honestly can. We guarantee the work gets done and that you'll hear plainly what's changing.

After launch

What does site care include?
Hosting, a self-renewing security certificate, outage monitoring, periodic form tests and small edits, billed monthly at a rate set in your quote.
What if I want to leave?
The site is yours. We'll help you move it.

Send the web address, or tell Roger you don't have one yet. He'll look at it the way a customer in Davidson would and reply with what he'd change first.
