Which edits come with the plan?
The routine ones: new hours, a price change, a fresh photo, a menu item, a staff bio, a closing notice for the holidays. Work that adds a whole new page gets a price up front.
And if the website stops loading?
Our monitoring notices, and Roger gets it back up. Because the sites are plain files, outages are uncommon to begin with.
Can you look after a website another company made?
Generally no. The plans are built around sites we coded ourselves. If yours sits on a builder or an older system, Roger will help you weigh keeping it against replacing it.
Am I locked in?
No. You own the site outright, and we'll help you move it if you ever decide to.
